* GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent in English and Maths

* Strong communication and organisation skills

* A positive, flexible, cheerful attitude

* Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively

* Confidence to maintain classroom behaviour and uphold school expectations

* Patience and creativity to support young people in their learning

* Ability to work independently AND as part of a team

* Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects

* Support pupils in completing classwork

* Follow school routines, behaviour policies, and safeguarding procedures
