Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker – Romford – CeMAP 1 – High Earnings – Full Training Provided
Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to be working with a national and highly respected mortgage brokerage to recruit a Trainee Mortgage Advisor / Trainee Mortgage Broker to join their growing business in Romford.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and sales-driven individual who already holds CeMAP 1 and is looking to progress into a fully competent mortgage advisory role with genuine high earnings potential.
The Role – RomfordWorking from the Romford office (Harold Wood area), you will:
*Train to provide regulated mortgage and protection advice
*Complete client fact-finds and affordability assessments
*Research mortgage products across a wide lender panel
*Support clients through the full mortgage application journey
*Liaise with lenders, solicitors and estate agents
*Work closely with experienced Mortgage Advisors and Brokers
*Progress through a structured development pathway to full advisory status
Industry-Leading Training ProgrammeYou will benefit from one of the best and most proven trainee mortgage programmes in the industry, including:
*A 3-week fully expensed residential training programme
*Daily coaching from an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager
*Ongoing support from the internal training department, who are consistently on hand to support you as a trainee mortgage broker
*A clear route from CeMAP 1 to Competent Advisor Status
Salary & Benefits*Basic salary up to £25,000
*Financial guarantee up to £31,000 (including car allowance) for your first 5 months
*Commission 10%–25% on all banked revenue
*OTE £45,000 year one
*OTE £75,000–£90,000+ year two
*Pension, life assurance and bonuses
Requirements*CeMAP 1 (essential)
*Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Clean credit history and no CCJs or bankruptcies
