IT Recruitment Consultant
Hybrid – Birmingham City Centre
Salary dependent on experience
Network IT are looking to expand their contract team with a 360 IT Contract Recruitment Consultant who is experienced at managing the entire recruitment process from acquiring clients to placing candidates. The role allows you to plan your own day/week with business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Business Development
*Identify and approach potential clients to win new business
*Pitch recruitment services and solutions tailored to client needs
*Negotiate terms of business and fees
*Client Relationship Management
*Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
*Understand client hiring needs and business objectives
*Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and talent strategies
*Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
*Write and advertise job vacancies across various platforms
*Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
*Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
*Recruitment Process Management
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, client submissions, feedback, offers, and onboarding
*Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
*Provide interview coaching and support to candidates
