Are you a driven Residential Property Solicitor looking to work with high-net-worth clients in a supportive, well-established firm? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected team in the Cobham office, handling both leasehold and freehold transactions in one of Surrey’s most prestigious areas.
Working alongside an experienced partner and two dedicated support staff, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while managing a high-quality caseload.
What we are looking for
This firm is keen to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor who:
*Has 2-3 years’ PQE (flexible if prior paralegal experience in residential property)
*Has solid experience managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent client service
*Enjoys working collaboratively in a small but integrated office environment
*Thrives in a busy, high-value market
