*Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of data centre systems.
*Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
*Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements for the data centre.
Profile
A successful Senior Infrastructure Engineer should have:
*Strong technical expertise in data centre infrastructure and operations within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
*Virtualisation: Advanced skills in VMware platform deployment and optimisation.
*Windows Server Administration: Deep knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and services.
*Hybrid Cloud Integration: Experience in designing and managing hybrid environments leveraging Azure/AWS.
*Networking & Storage: Solid understanding of networking and storage technologies.
*Security & Compliance: Familiarity with ISO27001 and other relevant standards.
*Collaboration & Communication: Ability to communicate, collaborate, and guide across global
*Experience in managing servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
*Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
*Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve technical issues.
*Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
*Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in technology or a related field.
