As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of your own market, using your sales ability to generate revenue and build long-term relationships. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and a clear progression plan.
Your day-to-day will include:
*Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates.
*Sourcing and headhunting talent within a specialist market.
*Writing and managing job adverts.
*Screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
*Managing the offer process and closing deals.
*Earning uncapped commission based on performance.
