Job Description:
BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a leading provider of digital products and services in the iGaming industry, to find a skilled Sales Development Representative to join their fast-paced team in London (on a hybrid basis).
Responsibilities:
*Own all inbound and outbound lead generation and initial outreach.
*Drive sales opportunities across the business in partnership with the Head of Sales.
*Identify and develop new clients and markets within lottery, casino, and sports betting sectors.
*Build, manage, and report on a robust sales pipeline, tracking performance against targets.
*Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.
*Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
*Prepare and present clear sales reports to senior management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
*Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
*Conduct discovery calls, create tailored sales propositions, and support project handover to delivery teams.
*Maintain accurate sales databases, prospect knowledge systems, and ongoing outreach (e.g. LinkedIn).
*Support all sales and new business initiatives, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
*Comply with and support the implementation and maintenance of ISO27001 ISMS requirements.
Requirements:
*Proven experience in sales or new business development.
*Strong research skills to identify and qualify prospects and market opportunities.
*Confident presenter with the ability to analyse data and deliver clear insights.
*Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and achieve short- and long-term sales targets.
*Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently to deadlines.
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills across all channels.
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
*Analytical problem-solver with a proactive, optimistic, and growth-oriented mindset.
