We recruit at management and executive level typically across Accounts/Finance, Data, Tech, Engineering & Manufacturing. Catalyst’s success is based on the quality of our delivery across a mix of retained, exclusive and contingent assignments which leads to valued, long-term client relationships.
As Recruitment Consultant, you will:
*Manage you own desk, encompassing the full recruitment lifecycle
*Attract new clients via telephone, email, social media and in person
*Source, vet, shortlist and propose suitable candidates
*Utilise a modern CRM system and associated recruitment technology to co-ordinate your assignments
*Co-operate and collaborate closely with other team members
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of your market sector
As Recruitment Consultant, you will need:
*Proven experience in Technical or Professional permanent/interim/contract recruitment
*A commercially astute mindset
*An ability to identify and acquire high quality new clients
*Experience sourcing and matching the highest calibre of candidates
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*A determination to consistently locate the best candidate for the job
