Financial Planner – Exeter

The basics:
*Location: Exeter
*Salary: £40,000 – £75,000 basic, plus uncapped earnings
*Existing client bank available from day one
*Office-based 2 days per week / remote working with client meetings as needed

What you’ll be doing as a Financial Planner
*Creating clear, easy-to-understand financial plans tailored to each client’s goals
*Following the Six-Stage Advice Process to deliver high-quality outcomes
*Reviewing and updating client plans as legislation and products change
*Growing your client bank through referrals, introducers, networking and company leads
*Building strong, lasting relationships through regular meetings and reviews
*Producing detailed financial planning reports with full paraplanning support
*Meeting clients face-to-face, at their home or business, or virtually
This is a hands-on financial planner role where quality advice and client care really matter.
What you’ll bring
*Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA-approved equivalent)
*A proven track record as a financial planner, growing and retaining a client bank
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confidence using technology and digital client tools

*£400 per month car allowance (employed option)
