?? SUPERVISOR – HIGHWAYS PROJECT ??
?? St Neots, Cambridgeshire
?? Contract: c.18 months

RGB Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading highways contractor who is seeking an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways scheme in Cambridgeshire.
This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for a Supervisor with strong highways experience and proven site leadership skills.
?? The Role:
*Reporting directly to the Construction Manager
*Supervising a site team of 20–30 operatives
*Delivering daily briefings and toolbox talks
*Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are adhered to
*Supporting programme delivery and driving site productivity
?? About You:
*Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
*CSCS card
*Proven experience supervising highways projects
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Confident managing large site teams and maintaining safe systems of work
