Registered Domiciliary Manager
Location: Richmond & Twickenham
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
The Role
Are you a passionate leader dedicated to delivering "Outstanding" care? Our client is seeking a passionate, dedicated and experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead their service a new domiciliary service .
You will be responsible for ensuring clients receive person-centred care that allows them to live independently with dignity in their own homes.
Key responsibilities
*CQC Compliance: Act as the Registered Manager, ensuring the service consistently meets and exceeds CQC fundamental standards.
*Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of Care Coordinators and Support Workers.
*Business Growth: Build strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, social services, and families in the Richmond and Twickenham area.
*Safeguarding: Act as the lead for safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients at all times.
Requirements
*Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
*Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a Domiciliary Care setting.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is desirable for this role.
