Job Title: SeniorGraduate Recruitment Advisor
Location: City of London
Role: Full-time permanent role
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum

The role
In your new role as a Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for the daily operation and running of the firm’s London graduate recruitment programme. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the Senior Legal Recruitment Manager in delivering all aspects of the firm’s graduate recruitment programme.
*Managing the recruitment process for Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes.
*Coordinating and administering the post-Vacation Scheme interview process for the annual Trainee Solicitor intake.
*Managing relationships with external stakeholders.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
*Previous experience in graduate recruitment within a London law firm environment.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
