Job Description
Recruit UK is delighted to be working with a well-established Wealth Management firm in Chichester who are looking to recruit a friendly and reliable Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will play an important part in keeping the office running smoothly while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Being the first point of contact for visitors
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Ensuring the office is well presented and stocked with necessary supplies
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, including sorting and distributing mail
• Printing, scanning, and filing documents
• Providing general administrative support to the team as required
• Assisting with ad hoc office duties to support the smooth running of the business
