Loader – Ubico

Contract Length: 6+ Month Ongoing Contract
Ubico is seeking reliable, hardworking Loaders to join their Waste & Recycling team. This is a physically demanding outdoor role, ideal for individuals who enjoy active work and being part of an essential frontline service.
About the RoleAs a Loader, you will play a key part in the efficient and safe collection of waste and recycling across the local area. You must be fit, able to lift heavy objects, and comfortable walking 8–10 miles per day at a brisk pace in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities*Assist the Waste & Recycling management and admin teams by communicating key information to ensure excellent customer service
*Provide guidance and information to residents when required
*Undertake training on the safe operation of waste vehicles, including lifting and compaction equipment
*Load various waste materials into the appropriate vehicle, operating compaction or other equipment as instructed
*Sort specific materials into the correct vehicle, ensuring no unacceptable materials contaminate loads
