Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Harrow
Salary: £25,000 basic + £100 car allowance per month
OTE: £35,000–£50,000
An exciting opportunity to join a well-established estate agency in Harrow as a Senior Lettings Negotiator. This role is ideal for experienced property lettings professionals who want to take ownership of the lettings process and progress their career, whether you are a Senior Lettings Negotiator or an ambitious negotiator looking to step up.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing residential lettings from instruction to move-in. You will liaise with landlords and tenants, conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lettings process. This role is ideal for negotiators who want to take ownership of lettings and grow their career in a busy, client-focused branch.
REQUIREMENTS
*Previous experience in residential property lettings
*Full, clean UK driving licence
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Target-driven and motivated by results
