Private Client Director – High Net Worth Investors

This is a pure new-business role for a confident closer who enjoys selling, meeting clients, and being rewarded for results.
My client is looking for an ambitious Private Client Director to join a high-performing private client team, working exclusively with high-net-worth investors. You’ll be supported by experienced portfolio management and client service teams, so you can focus on what you do best — winning new business.
The Opportunity
As a Private Client Director, you will:
*Speak with warm, qualified high-net-worth leads provided by the business
*Qualify interest and book face-to-face meetings
*Meet clients in person and win new assets and clients
*Manage the full sales journey, from first call through to close
*Work in a target-led, high-energy environment
*Report directly to the Managing Director
*Focus 100% on new business — no ongoing servicing or admin
This is a role for someone who thrives on momentum, performance and earnings, with OTE of £60,000–£90,000 reflecting success.

You’ll ideally bring:
*RDR Level 4 qualification
*5+ years’ experience selling to high-net-worth individuals
*A strong background selling to stock market investors
*A clear, measurable track record of closing new investor business
*Confidence as a closer, with documented sales results

*Resilience, high activity levels and comfort with targets
*A positive, solutions-focused attitude
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
