Job Title: Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out Services

Areas to be covered: North
Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + circa £20,000 bonus
Benefits: Hybrid / electric company car and comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out Services will involve:
*Business Development Manager position selling a high end bespoke interior fit-out service
*All of your time will be spent selling to & dealing with social housing, main contractors and insurance companies
*Once up and running area turnover target will be £4m
*Predominately a new business role however will be given some accounts
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Interior Fit-Out Services with:
*Ideally have services sales experience in the interior fit-out market sector
*Would consider a Contracts Manager, Design Manager or Estimator
*Genuine ’get up and go’ work ethic
*Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
