SMART Repair TechnicianLocation: Bristol
Salary:£44,000 – £55,000 OTE
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Overtime available)
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and detail-focused SMART Repair Technician to carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs. This is a great opportunity for a skilled technician to join a busy operation, delivering repairs to a high standard while earning a strong OTE.
Key Responsibilities*Carry out SMART repairs including paint, plastic, trim, and minor panel repairs
*Repair scuffs, scratches, dents, and cosmetic body damage
*Prepare, paint, and blend panels to a high standard
*Undertake interior and exterior cosmetic repairs
*Ensure all work meets manufacturer and company quality standards
*Work efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation
*Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times
About You*Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician
*Confident working independently and managing workload
*Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
*Strong paint mixing, colour matching, and blending skills
*ATA accreditation preferred but not essential
*Full UK driving licence
