Payroll Specialist - Petersfield/Remote | £45,000 salary with excellent benefits and true flexibility
We’re recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join a highly respected learning and development organisation, offering a unique opportunity to combine technical payroll expertise with training, mentoring, and thought leadership. This Payroll Specialist role is based in Petersfield/Remote, giving you the flexibility to work from home while travelling across the UK to deliver engaging, high-impact payroll training.

To succeed as a Payroll Specialist, you’ll bring:
* Strong payroll experience, ideally at Payroll Manager level or similar
* A passion for learning, development, and supporting others
* Confidence in delivering training both virtually and face-to-face as a Payroll Tutor
* Excellent communication skills and a supportive, engaging approach
* Full UK mobility for regular travel while remaining home-based in Petersfield/Remote
