Job Description:
The Role
This is a full time, permanent role offering hybrid and flexible working in a supportive and established procurement team.
As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
*Designing and delivering sourcing solutions that are easy to use, fully compliant and create real value.
*Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into effective procurement strategies
*You’ll be organised with great attention to detail, ensuring procurement activity is well governed, audit ready and aligned with regulations.
*Analysing data to spot opportunities to improve spend efficiency, strengthen supplier performance and enhance performance

About You
The successful Procurement Specialist will be/ have:
*Experience running procurement processes, ideally within regulated environments (PCR2015/Procurement Act 2023)
*Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
*Confidence with data, reporting and supplier performance insight
*An eye for detail, great organisation, and a commitment to doing things the right way
