Title: Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Our client is a highly regarded and expanding Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation with clients and industry professionals. It is looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its growing team.
The Role
The role is within the OL/PL team, you’ll begin building your own caseload of cosmetic negligence claims, working on files from initial instruction through to settlement or trial with support from senior colleagues.
Your day-to-day will include advising clients, assisting with litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and witness statements and working closely with experts and counsel as cases progress.
About You
You’ll be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEX) newly qualified or up to 2 years’ PQE. You’ll have some exposure to personal injury or civil litigation and a genuine interest in cosmetic negligence work.
