Job Description:
PSL Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Occupational Therapist to join a well-established inpatient therapies team within a leading private hospital in Central London.
This permanent role offers the opportunity to work as an autonomous practitioner within a high-quality clinical environment, delivering specialist assessment and intervention to a varied caseload of inpatients and outpatients, including patients with complex needs. You will work closely with consultants and the wider MDT, contributing to discharge planning, service development, audit activity, and evidence-based practice.
The department is well resourced, with a strong governance framework, excellent senior support, and a clear commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD.
Essential requirements:
*Degree in Occupational Therapy
*HCPC registration (essential)
*Experience working within an inpatient occupational therapy setting
*Ability to manage a complex caseload independently
*Strong communication and MDT working skills
