Job Description:
The Role: Interim Senior Governance Manager
The Client: Specialist Savings Bank
The Location: London
Duration: 7 months
Pay rate: £625- £705 per day via umbrella (dependant on experience)
A great opportunity to join a collaborative team, reporting directly into the Head of Statutory Compliance and Governance Reporting. Someone with excellent Governance and Secretarial experience within a regulated environment would be perfect for this role!
The Role:
*Support statutory and executive committees, ensuring effective governance processes are in place.
*Provide guidance on governance standards, compliance, and best practice.
*Draft and review governance documentation, reports, and policies.
*Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
*Monitor, identify, and address governance risks.
Prior Experience:
*At least 5 years working in a company secretarial or governance department within a listed/regulated organisation
*Knowledge of the Companies Act, Listing Rules, Prospectus, Disclosure Transparency Rules and UK Corporate Governance Code is a must
*2 years or comparable prior experience dealing with Directors/Senior Executives is desirable
Ideal for someone with immediately available or on a short notice period of no more than 2 weeks.
