Job Description:
Sales Administrator – Tendering Focus
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team, with a strong focus on tender and bid management. This is a key role ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tender submissions while providing wider administrative support to the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender and bid documentation to tight deadlines
*Review tender requirements and ensure all responses are accurate and compliant
*Maintain tender libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
*Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather required information
*Manage sales documentation, contracts, and client records
*Track tender opportunities and maintain CRM systems
*Provide general sales administration support as required
About You
*Previous experience in a sales administration or tendering role
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple tenders simultaneously
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Experience with CRM systems is desirable
*Knowledge of tender portals and procurement processes is an advantage
