Job Description:

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of £40,000–£45,000, with OTE of £60,000- £70,000, alongside a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two from home). You’ll also enjoy private health and dental cover, including Bupa mental health support.

As a Contact Centre Sales Manager, you will: *Lead and develop Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager teams.
*Ensure an exceptional customer journey that maximises satisfaction and conversion.
*Oversee Sales and Case Management functions to drive profitability and maintain full compliance.
*Champion a "Customer First" culture across the department.
*Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development.
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to align strategies with wider business goals.
*Build strong lender relationships and support improvements across technology and processes.
