The RoleAs the Operations & Support Coordinator, you’ll be the central point of contact for incoming calls and emails, handling service requests, coordinating field teams, and ensuring clients stay updated throughout. It’s a fast-paced, varied position where your organisation and communication skills will really shine.
Key Duties*First point of contact for customer calls & emails
*Multi-tasking in a busy, friendly operations environment
*Updating clients and logging activity on the CRM
*Preparing quotes, invoices and service documentation
*Coordinating project updates with field technicians
*Liaising with internal teams to keep workflow smooth and efficient

HoursMonday to Friday, plus two paid weekend days per month (overtime paid at time and a half)
