The Role – Freight CoordinatorYou’ll be responsible for managing shipments end-to-end while delivering outstanding service to key accounts.
Key responsibilities:
*Manage day-to-day import and export shipments (Sea, Air, Road & Multi-modal)
*Handle key blue-chip accounts and deliver exceptional customer service
*Raise and manage job files and shipping documentation
*Invoice jobs on completion
*Negotiate with suppliers, carriers and partners
*Work closely with the sales team on quotations and shipment updates
*Process jobs using the company’s in-house freight management system
What We’re Looking ForEssential experience:
*Proven experience working for a Freight Forwarder
*Strong knowledge of at least one of the following:
*Sea Freight
*Air Freight
*Road Freight
*Multi-modal Freight
*Customs / Import / Export
You’ll be:
*Organised and detail-oriented
*Confident managing multiple shipments at once
*Customer-focused and commercially aware
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
