Are you an experienced conveyancer who enjoys complex residential work but would like to do it in a modern, supportive environment — without feeling like just another fee earner?
Would a well-established, highly regarded law firm in Eastbourne that’s expanding its residential property team interest you?
We’re looking for an accomplished Conveyancer to join them at their brand-new, centrally located hub, working alongside a collaborative and experienced team.
This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, values client relationships, and is ready for a role with genuine long-term career potential.
The role includes:
*Running your own residential conveyancing caseload
*Advising clients from instruction through to completion
*Supporting junior fee earners and paralegals
*Getting involved in relationship-building and business development (with support)

*Has solid experience in residential conveyancing
*Is confident managing their own workload
*Enjoys quality work over high-volume processing
