The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to lead a team of 20 colleagues in our fast-paced food picking warehouse.
You’ll drive performance, ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and service.
What You’ll Do:
*Lead, motivate, and develop your team to hit KPIs
*Plan and allocate resources effectively
*Promote a strong customer service and continuous improvement culture
*Monitor performance and take corrective action where needed
*Uphold all Health & Safety and hygiene standards
About You:
*Experienced people leader within warehouse or logistics operations
*Strong organisational and coaching skills
*Calm under pressure with a hands-on approach
*Excellent communicator and team motivator
