A leading consultancy in North London is seeking a Project Manager to support major commercial and mixed-use developments. The Project Manager will deliver end-to-end services for blue-chip clients and gain exposure to high-value schemes from day one.

The Project Manager’s role The Project Manager will deliver office, industrial and mixed-use schemes up to £50m. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing design and consultant teams

* Stakeholder coordination and client updates

* Programming and reporting on progress

* Contract administration under JCT forms

* Leading site meetings and preparing project documentation

* Supporting feasibility and procurement stages

The Project Manager * 3-5 years in a consultancy project management role

* Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline

* Progressing toward MRICS/MAPM or recently qualified

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Experience delivering commercial fit-out or new build schemes

* Familiar with pre- and post-contract duties

In Return? * £45,000 - £55,000
