Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate-Senior Level)

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

Overview
Our client is a well-established general contractor based in Warrington, delivering Design & Build projects across the commercial and industrial sectors. They are looking to appoint an Intermediate to Senior Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing growth across a strong pipeline of work.
The role will be split between the office and live sites, with occasional working from home available when required.
Project Details
*Sectors: Hotels, Industrial Units, Commercial Builds (no residential)

*Project Values: £1m - £10m
*Procurement: Design & Build / General Construction
*Typical workload: 2-3 projects concurrently
Key Responsibilities
*Full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account

*Preparing and managing cost plans, budgets, and cash flows

*Procurement and management of subcontract packages

*Valuations, variations, and change control

*Monthly cost reporting and financial forecasting

*Final accounts and commercial close-out

*Liaising with site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors

*Ensuring projects are delivered profitably and in line with contractual requirements

Requirements
*Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor

*Intermediate to Senior level experience within general construction / D&B
*Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

*Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

*IT literate, with good working knowledge of Excel
*Excellent communication and organisational skills

*Ability to work effectively between office and site environments
