A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Reading is recruiting a Mental Health Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and SEMH. This full-time role is ideal for anyone considering a future career in mental health, psychology, therapy, or education.

*Role:Mental Health Assistant
* Location: Reading
* Salary: £89-£100 per day
* Start Date: ASAP
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
* Age Range: Children and young people aged 3 to 19
The Mental Health AssistantRole:
*Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and mental health
* Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
* Helping students develop coping strategies and resilience
* Working closely with Teachers, Therapists, and SEN staff
