Team Assistant – Private Investment
Location: Central London – Office-Based (5 days)
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £30k – £35K

Role Overview
The Team Assistant will support the finance team across client work, investment-related activity and day-to-day coordination, gaining valuable hands-on exposure to private investment and wealth management.
What You’ll Do
*Respond to adviser and associate queries
*Liaise with Operations and Investment teams
*Help prepare client-facing documents and presentations
*Support internal coordination across client and investment activity
*Assist with new business applications and client onboarding
Who You Are
*Degree educated, preferably in finance
*Some experience within financial services
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Proactive, eager to learn and comfortable managing multiple tasks
*Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
