A growing, well-established West Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit two Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners to join an expanding property team with strong leadership and a consistent pipeline of work.
The team is headed by a highly experienced Head of Department, supported by caseworkers and admin staff, with scope for incoming hires to become key figures others can progress around.
The Role*Full residential conveyancing caseload
*Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
*Some new build and shared ownership work (not essential)
*Exposure to specialist areas such as Islamic finance (training provided)
*Manage files start-to-finish with post-completion support in place
