An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a highly successful independent Lettings & Property Management agency in Basingstoke.
You will take a leading role in managing a significant residential portfolio while maintaining the company’s exceptional standards of service to landlords and tenants.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Managing a residential lettings portfolio
*Handling tenancy management and property maintenance issues
*Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Resolving issues efficiently and diplomatically
*Ensuring high standards of service delivery
*Supporting the wider team and contributing to process improvement
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Experience in property management, tenancy management, or lettings
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
*Knowledge of lettings processes and legal notices
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Confident liaising across departments and with clients
*ARLA qualification beneficial but not essential
