An established and well-regarded regional law firm is urgently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to its office in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
This is a key hire where the successful individual will be the main fee earner at the office, supported by paralegal assistance and wider team input when required. The firm is looking for someone comfortable managing a full residential caseload independently.
The Role*Standard residential conveyancing work only
*Sales, purchases, transfers of equity and occasional new builds
*Sensible team-based targets
*Support available from experienced senior conveyancers
The Person*Ideally qualified, but strong non-qualified candidates considered
*Minimum 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
*Comfortable running files independently and dealing directly with clients
*Candidates with varied training contract seat experience welcomed
