Are you a Mathematics Teacher who enjoys making complex ideas clear and accessible?
Do you believe great Maths teaching builds confidence, resilience, and strong problem-solving skills?
A well-established secondary school in Milton Keynes is looking to appoint a committed Mathematics Teacher to join its successful and supportive Maths department. This role offers the chance to work in a positive, inclusive school environment where high expectations and collaboration are central to everyday practice.
The Role * Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with scope to teach KS5 in some cases)
* Plan and adapt lessons to develop fluency, reasoning, and exam readiness
* Use effective differentiation to support students of all abilities
* Work closely with colleagues within a well-organised Maths department
* Play an active role in the wider school community, including enrichment, STEM activities, or extracurricular Maths opportunities
The Ideal Candidate * A qualified Mathematics Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent)
* Secure subject knowledge and confidence teaching GCSE Mathematics
* A passion for engaging students and making Maths meaningful
* A reflective and proactive practitioner with strong classroom management
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* ECTs are encouraged to apply, with structured induction and mentoring available
