Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships within the Northeast region.
This role as Business Development Manager is key to the business to increase revenue, develop strategic partnerships, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
What’s on Offer*Annual Basic Salary £26k – £34k (DOE)
*Hours: 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilitiesas the Business Development Manager*Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales activity
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
*Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for clients
*Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
*Maintain accurate records of sales and business development activity using CRM systems
Skills & Experiencerequired*Proven experience in business development and sales
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
*Confident using social media and attending networking events
*Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
