Job Description:
B2B Appointment Setter – No Selling Involved
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic (depending on experience)
Bonus: £500–£1,500 per month (uncapped) when monthly targets are achieved
Realistic OTE: £35,000–£45,000 per year
About the Role
This position focuses purely on arranging high-quality appointments for a range of clients. There is no selling over the phone. You will contact a well-researched list of businesses, engage decision-makers in warm, professional conversations, and secure either virtual or in-person meetings for client sales teams.
All calls are business-to-business — no consumer calling.
You’ll work with a market-leading CRM system (no auto-diallers) and receive full training, including shadowing experienced team members and access to a detailed training guide.
