? Supply Teachers & Teaching Assistants Wanted – Medway & Kent ?

We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers and Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of lovely primary schools in the Medway and Kent areas. Whether you are looking for flexible day-to-day work or something more regular, we would love to hear from you.
�? About the Roles
Supply Teachers – Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
Support pupils with their learning and encourage engagement
Report any concerns or feedback to the relevant school staff
Teaching Assistants – Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities
Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Help prepare resources and classroom materials
Provide support to pupils with SEND where required
Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment
?? What We’re Looking For
Supply Teachers
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Classroom experience within primary settings
Strong classroom management and flexibility
A positive, reliable, and adaptable approach
Teaching Assistants
Experience working with children (school-based preferred)
A calm, supportive nature and strong teamwork skills
Confidence working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Experience with SEND is beneficial but not essential
?? Requirements
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to travel to schools across Medway and Kent
