The Role We are seeking 1 x Production Operator to join a growing production team at a Kent-based manufacturing site.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you will be trained across multiple processes and machinery, producing specialist products to strict quality and product specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating and monitoring production machinery and equipment

* Working within scientific and technical manufacturing processes

* Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety

* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

* Driving improvements through 5S and quality-focused working practices

About You Essential:
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Shift Pattern * Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm

* Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

* 40 hours per week, rotating shifts

Salary & Benefits * £32,097 per annum (includes loyalty payment, paid 13 times per year)
