Graduate Cover Supervisor Main Responsibilities
*Manage the behaviour in the classroom in the teachers absence ensuring a positive learning environment.
*Supervise preplanned work set by the subject leader
*Be a positive influence to students
*Ensure the standards of safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom are met
Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience working with children in some capacity (doesn’t have to be in a classroom)
*A Bachelor’s degree in any subject/experience working as a cover supervisor
*Effective communicator
*Patient and approachable
