We are working with a Derby-based organisation that is looking to recruit a Part-Time Credit Controller to join their team. This is a standalone role reporting to the Finance Manager, with responsibility for managing the company’s outstanding payments and producing monthly reports.
The role is offered on a 3 or 4 day per week basis, with some flexibility around working hours. Applicants will ideally come from a credit control or accounts receivable background and have 2–3 years’ experience working in a management or standalone role.
Duties include:
*Solely responsible for the Credit Control for the company
*Ensure all payment plans are met by suppliers
*Raise credit notes for discounted stock
*Collection of all outstanding invoices
*Arrange Payment Plans
*Allocation of payments from web and shop sales
*Dealing with queries both internally and eternally
*Working with sales managers to ensure debt is kept to a minimum
