Procurement Supervisor

Day-to-day of the role:
*Transactional Support: Manage purchase orders, support tender processes, coordinate supplier onboarding, and handle supplier queries.
*Reporting & Analytics: Analyse procurement data, prepare reports, and support cost-saving initiatives.
*Compliance & Governance: Ensure activities comply with policies and regulations, maintain documentation for audits, and assist in contract management.
*Supplier Management: Support in running tenders, manage supplier performance, and resolve issues.
*Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements, support new systems implementation, and contribute to projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support.
*Strong organisational and administrative skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
*Desirable: Interest in CIPS qualifications, experience in FMCG or related sectors, and data analysis skills.
