Senior Test Manager/Lead - Clearing, OTC, ETD sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf.
** 3 days a week onsite, Inside IR35**

Essential Skills and Qualifications
*Proven experience as a Test Lead or similar role in a large-scale software implementation project.
*Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
*Expertise in various testing types, including functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
*Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
*Experience with performance testing and tools.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to lead and manage a team of testers.
*Experience working in a global environment.
*Familiarity with the financial services industry, particularly Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETDs) and Over The Counter (OTC) Clearing, is a plus.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
*ISTQB certification or equivalent.
*Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
*Experience with data-driven testing.
*Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to the financial services industry.
