* Work closely with senior management to drive consistency and performance

What we’re looking for
This role will suit you if:
* You have proven experience as an Assistant Cafe Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager

* You come from busy retail restaurant or branded food operations

* You’re confident leading from the floor in high-footfall environments

* You’re organised, people-focused, and service-driven

* You can reliably commute to a Hampshire location, including early starts
