Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Paralegal to join the Finance team of a US law firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be joining the firms European finance team, who advise private equity sponsors on leveraged financings, portfolio company financing needs, and a wide range of debt structures.
Responsibilities *Assisting with increases, extensions, amendments and refinancings
*Supporting new sub-lines and ongoing facility administration
*Managing documentation and day-to-day queries
*Handling additional ad hoc tasks as needed
Skills & Experience *Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Previous finance experience desirable
*Prior paralegal/legal assistant experience in a law firm or professional services environment
