The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will lead the end-to-end revenue strategy, ensuring data, insight, and forecasting translate into strong commercial results. You will:
*Set and lead revenue strategy across multiple routes, optimising revenue and occupancy.
*Own revenue targets and drive performance through best-in-class revenue management techniques.
*Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Revenue Analysts.
*Translate complex datasets into clear commercial insight for senior stakeholders.
*Collaborate across commercial teams to deliver joined-up, customer-centric commercial plans.
Your Skills & Experience
You will bring:
*Strong leadership experience within revenue management, ideally in transport or complex network environments.
*Deep understanding of yield management systems and revenue optimisation techniques.
*Proven track record of delivering commercial results through data-driven decision-making.
