Resourcery Group are supporting a large, pretigious city centre business to find a temporary credit controller to join the existing accounts team for a short term temporary role.
The Role:
As a Credit Controller, you will play a key part in maintaining the company’s financial health by ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in credit control who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Proactively manage and collect debts from a diverse client portfolio
*Monitor aged debt reports and follow up on overdue accounts
*Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
*Ensure compliance with the existing financial policies and procedures
*Provide regular reporting and analysis to the Finance Manager
The successful Credit Controller will have:
*Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
*A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
*Availability to start promptly and commit to the full duration of the contract
