Housing Disrepair Solicitor – Greater Manchester
Salary: From £45,000 DOE
Experience: 4 PQE (All PQE considered)
Working Pattern: Office based, Mon - Fri (9am–5pm)
Probation: 6 months (flexi working available post probation between 7am - 7pm)
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, we are seeking a confident and motivated Housing Disrepair / Litigation Solicitor to join a successful and supportive team within Greater Manchester (Whitefield). This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a growing department where you’ll play a key role in strengthening an already high-performing HDR function.
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Solicitor - Around 4 PQE is preferred (NQ considered)
*Experience within Housing Disrepair and/or general litigation
*Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
*Experience with CMS (Proclaim) is desirable
Working Arrangements
*Preferred core hours: 9am–5pm
*Full office-based role with flexible working hours between 7am and 7pm (after probation completion)
